Step-by-step playbook

step-by-step-playbook

Define

A numbered path through a process that used to feel like a fog.

Mechanism

Sequence as comfort. Numbering implies completeness and lowers the cost of starting. The last step is usually the offer.

Verdict

The buyer is blocked by complexity, not by desire.

Don't

The steps are fake (step 1: buy). A playbook that is only an outline of a sales page is a costume.

Copy skeleton

[GOAL: what the reader wants done, in their words]
[SIZE OF THE JOB: number of steps, about how many minutes]
1. [VERB + ACTION, with a picture of the exact screen or hand]
2. [VERB + ACTION]
3. [VERB + ACTION: the step where the product does the work]
[STUCK: who answers, and where]
[LAST STEP: the offer, or the button that starts it]

Gulf note

Gulf buyers meet the fog in government and banking apps, number transfers, visas and new devices, so a playbook that clears it earns trust fast. Show each step on the Arabic interface as it looks on the phone, lay horizontal steps out from right to left, and give each step its own frame on Snapchat or TikTok. Ramadan recipes and back to school setup suit the same form. Put a WhatsApp or support number at the step where people get stuck most.
