The pattern
This commercial ad is filed under Headline · visual lockup.
Define
Headline and picture are one sentence. Remove either half and the claim disappears.
Mechanism
Lockup. The line names what the image will not. The image shows what the line cannot. They are not redundant.
Verdict
We have a picture that completes a short line: wit, contrast, or a second meaning.
Why it works
'أميالك تسفّرك' makes the miles the subject of the verb: they do the flying, not the cardholder's money. The 25,000 is written in clouds on an in-flight screen with the card held up in front of it, and the card's own window motif matches the real window beside it, so reward, product and use share one frame. The 1,000 SAR annual fee and the 35.73% APR are stated, but only in the footer.
The big idea
The card is shown already on board: the 25,000 welcome miles appear on the seatback screen, so the reader sees the trip before applying.
The offer
Al Fursan Visa Signature credit card: 25,000 welcome miles, earned on activation; the caption adds discounts and airport lounge access. Annual fee 1,000 SAR; APR from 35.73%.

Steal this when
When a rewards product needs the reader to picture spending the reward, and the redemption setting can be staged in one shot.
The emotion
Written to Desire. It does neither clearly.
The trip is made concrete with 25,000 miles on a seatback screen, and the 1,000 SAR fee and 35.73% APR are stated, but in the footer, not at the size of the miles.
