What the ad shows
A teal 3D scene turns the offer's zero into a riveted vault door swinging open beside a travel card printed with a world map, spilling gold coins in front of miniature landmarks including the Burj Khalifa and the Eiffel Tower. The finished banner adds Arabic copy naming the SAIB travel card, a zero margin exchange rate on 10 currencies, no issuance fee, and no fee to add up to 100 currencies, with the offer valid until 31 August 2023.

Saib Bank: a travel card with a zero margin exchange rate
Saib Bank. Agency: Impact BBDO. The ad itself is shown at adsoftheworld.com.
The pattern
This still is filed under Value-stack offer.
Define
The core offer is surrounded by named extras so the package feels uneven in the buyer's favor.
Mechanism
Accumulation. Each add-on is priced in the mind, then included. Distinct from a guarantee stack: this adds value, that removes risk.
Verdict
The extras are real and wanted. The stack should survive a skeptical what do I actually get.
Why it works
Turning the 0 percent claim into an open vault door makes an abstract fee waiver into something physical: the door opens, the money is released. Stretching the Arabic words for profit and currencies with kashida justifies the copy block into a tight rectangle, a typographic move only Arabic can make. Stacking the remaining waivers, no issuance fee, no fee to add currencies, as a short checklist answers the next objection, what does this actually cost, right where the eye lands after the headline.
The big idea
SAIB's travel card gives an exchange rate with zero profit margin on 10 currencies and lets you add up to 100 currencies free, dramatised as a giant 0 built as a vault door swinging open onto world landmarks.
The offer
Travel card: exchange rate with no profit margin for 10 currencies, no issuance fee, no fee to add up to 100 currencies; offer valid until 31 August 2023, terms and conditions apply.
The proof
A regulatory line stating that SAIB is supervised by the Saudi Central Bank.
Steal this when
A fee or rate product whose whole win is zero, where the number can be built as a physical object and the remaining costs listed as a short checklist beside it.
