Why it works
Bradley resolves the whole figure group into one silhouette, which is what makes a three-colour poster readable at street distance - there is no interior detail to break up at a hundred feet. The orange fruit on the two platters is the only small-scale texture on the sheet, so it becomes the fixation point and carries the harvest message on its own. Splitting THANKS and GIVING NO. to the left and right of the head is a compositional decision, not a typographic accident: it lets the figure run up into the masthead band without the type having to shrink, and it keeps the sheet symmetrical around the central axis.

Use this when a piece must be readable at distance or at thumbnail size in very few colours. Merge every element into one continuous silhouette, then let a single small-scale detail carry the actual subject matter.
