The pattern
This commercial ad is filed under Headline · visual lockup.
Define
Headline and picture are one sentence. Remove either half and the claim disappears.
Mechanism
Lockup. The line names what the image will not. The image shows what the line cannot. They are not redundant.
Verdict
We have a picture that completes a short line: wit, contrast, or a second meaning.
Why it works
Three lines answer three worries in order: what happens (the note is cancelled automatically), what it asks of you (nothing), and the side effect people fear (none on the card's status). The picture locks to them: the card held up with a green tick stays valid while the note beneath it carries a red 'تم الإلغاء' stamp. The caption then names the feeling in plain dialect: 'ما يحتاج تشيل همّ الإجراءات'.
The big idea
The promissory note signed for a credit card is now cancelled on its own, with nothing for the customer to do and no change to the card.
The offer
Automatic cancellation of the credit card promissory note, with no action needed from the customer and no effect on the card's status. Terms apply.
Lines from the ad
إلغاء سند الأمر تلقائيًاPromissory note cancelled automatically.
ولا يتطلب ذلك أي إجراء من قبلكمAnd it needs no action on your part.
دون أي تأثير على حالة البطاقة الائتمانيةWith no effect on the credit card's status.
Steal this when
When a back-office change removes a chore customers used to handle themselves and you want them to notice it.
The emotion
Written to Anxiety. It makes the Say move.
Instead of a bare 'don't worry', it makes the unknown visible: the note is cancelled automatically, no step is needed, and the card's status does not change.
