What the ad shows
Five white Mitsubishi models stand in a row on a dirt square before green-painted mud-brick buildings, one wall hung with a Sadu textile, under a blue sky. Each car has a red slanted nameplate (ASX, Eclipse Cross, Destinator, Montero Sport, Xpander) and a price block: 'ابتداءً من', a large monthly figure and two lines of small print. The logo sits top left, 'عِزّنا بطبعنا' in a Sadu frame top right, and a black footer carries the legal text, the dealer logo, a Japanese flag with 'خبرة يابانية تثق بها' and a phone number with WhatsApp and phone icons.

Mitsubishi: Five models for National Day, from 901 riyals a month
Mitsubishi Motors Saudi Arabia (Alesayi Motors). The ad itself is shown at mitsubishi-motors.com.sa.
The pattern
This still is filed under Payment plan as offer.
Define
The installment structure is the headline, not a footnote under a cash price.
Mechanism
Affordability architecture. Monthly number, tenure, and what is included do the closing. Kin to price-anchoring, but the product is the plan.
Verdict
The cash price would stall the household and a real plan exists: property, auto, education, elective care.
Why it works
One comparable number under every model lets each buyer self-select: the eye jumps to the figure nearest its budget, and the lowest, 901, does the stopping for the whole line. Prices are quoted monthly and 'from', the way Saudi buyers compare financed cars; 'مع الضريبة' removes the VAT surprise and 'بدون التامين' flags the one exclusion up front. The legal strip carries the mechanics behind the low monthlies (5 years, no down payment, a 45% final payment), while the heritage village and Sadu frame place the offer in the national season.
The big idea
The whole range on one National Day banner, each model tagged with a monthly from-price, so buyers find the payment that fits before choosing the car.
The offer
Five-year lease finance, no down payment or admin fees, 45% final payment: monthly from 901 riyals (ASX), 966 (Xpander), 995 (Eclipse Cross), 1,055 (Destinator), 1,333 (Montero Sport), VAT included, insurance excluded; until end October 2026.
The proof
The trust line 'خبرة يابانية تثق بها' beside a Japanese flag, and the dealer's name and logo.
Steal this when
When a dealer or brand sells a range at different price points: put one comparable from-price under every product and push the finance mechanics into a single legal strip.
