What the ad shows
A wide terracotta and peach banner. On the left, a deep rust curtain panel carries 'جديد' above the Whites Arabic wordmark; in the centre, a young woman with long dark hair looks up in surprise while Lunel bottles, a tube, a pads box and an eye cream float around her head, with a white diamond badge reading 'الآن في وايتس'. On the right, a thin LUNEL wordmark sits above the two-line headline 'بشرة سعودية. بعناية كورية'.
بشرة سعودية.. بعناية كورية

The image belongs to the brand, so we describe it here and link to where it is shown.
Whites: Lunel arrives, Saudi skin with Korean care
Whites. The ad itself is shown at whites.sa.
The pattern
This still is filed under Headline · visual lockup.
Define
Headline and picture are one sentence. Remove either half and the claim disappears.
Mechanism
Lockup. The line names what the image will not. The image shows what the line cannot. They are not redundant.
Verdict
We have a picture that completes a short line: wit, contrast, or a second meaning.
Why it works
'بشرة سعودية. بعناية كورية' sets two nationalities in parallel and rhymes them on the same ending, so the claim sounds like a slogan and answers the quiet doubt that Korean formulas are made for other skin. The surprised face with products floating around her head acts out discovery. The retailer is named twice, 'الآن في وايتس' and 'جديد وايتس', so the launch builds the store as well as the brand.
The big idea
Korean skincare brand Lunel arrives at Whites pitched as Korean care for Saudi skin: local skin and imported expertise in one rhyming line.
The offer
The Lunel skincare range, now available at Whites, including facial and body pads and an eye cream; no price or discount on the banner.
The proof
Active-ingredient percentages printed on a pack: 7% glycolic acid, 4% niacinamide and 5% TXA.
Steal this when
When an imported brand or method is introduced to a Saudi audience: pair the local identity with the foreign expertise in a rhyming two-part line, and say where it can be bought.
