Define
A stable type frame (masthead, rules, folio) that stays put so the image inside can change every issue.
Mechanism
Fixed architecture. Recognition lives in the frame. News lives in the picture. The two jobs stay separate.
Verdict
We publish on a fixed schedule and need instant recognition plus a new image every time.
Why it works
The page runs two voices: bold sans for anything the reader must accept, serif for anything the reader must follow. A skimmer can read only the black lines and still carry away the whole doctrine, while a slow reader gets the reasoning underneath. Roman numerals turn opinions into axioms, and each axiom is cashed out immediately in a Beispiel, so no abstract claim is left unpaid. The plate section puts the proof where the objection actually lives, in the pictures, by showing the same subject twice, once observed and once reconstructed.
Steal this when
You are arguing something your reader currently thinks is nonsense and you need both skim value and depth in one document. Set the claims in one weight, the reasoning in another, and follow every claim with a concrete worked example before you move on.
