Why it works
It directly attacks the primary anxiety and guilt of the target audience (that bottle-feeding is inferior and dangerous) by citing eminent medical authorities who claim the exact opposite, thereby giving the mother permission to buy.
Steal this when
Your prospect feels guilty or anxious about using your category of product; you must use high authority to absolve them of that guilt.
