Define
One image does the entire argument. Copy, if any, is a caption, not a second ad.
Mechanism
Pictorial claim. The picture is readable as a sentence. If we need a paragraph, we picked the wrong picture.
Verdict
The idea is visual and the surface is a poster, a feed, or a silent frame.
Why it works
The whole poster is one verb. The imperative is in the type and the same imperative is in the body, so the reader watches the instruction being carried out instead of being argued into it. Splitting the headline around the head forces the eye through the face before it can finish reading the line, which binds the message to the messenger. The low horizon and near-life-size figure make the farmer monumental without flags or allegory, so it reads as work rather than as patriotism.
Steal this when
You need behaviour change from one trade audience and there is exactly one action to ask for. Use a single full-bleed figure performing that action and let the headline be the verb, with no supporting argument on the sheet at all.
