The pattern
This still is filed under Image carries the claim.
Define
One image does the entire argument. Copy, if any, is a caption, not a second ad.
Mechanism
Pictorial claim. The picture is readable as a sentence. If we need a paragraph, we picked the wrong picture.
Verdict
The idea is visual and the surface is a poster, a feed, or a silent frame.
Why it works
The whole argument is carried by a borrowed symbol. A Wirtshausschild is the visual language of the village tavern, so the foundation states its cause in the exact vocabulary of the institution it wants to supplement, without a word of explanation. Flat lithographic colour keeps the count to four - blue, olive-black, green, scarlet - so the silhouette reads from across a street. The type is separated out onto a clean cream band rather than dropped onto the picture, which lets a long bureaucratic name become the poster's second act instead of clutter, and the two nouns are set largest so the eye takes them as the message and the qualifying words as small print.
Steal this when
When the thing you are promoting is an abstraction or an institutional name with no product to photograph, hand it a concrete object the audience already reads as a symbol. Use it when the name is too long to be the visual and has to sit beneath one.
