Plakate heraus! Die Banner des wiedererstehenden Geschäfts
The pattern
This still is filed under Image carries the claim.
Define
One image does the entire argument. Copy, if any, is a caption, not a second ad.
Mechanism
Pictorial claim. The picture is readable as a sentence. If we need a paragraph, we picked the wrong picture.
Verdict
The idea is visual and the surface is a poster, a feed, or a silent frame.
Why it works
The tumbler toy is the argument in one object: a Stehauf cannot be knocked over, it always rights itself, so the recovery of trade is shown as automatic rather than argued for. Bernhard keeps the poster to one figure, one rule and one block of type, and uses the magenta bar as a hard horizon that separates picture from word so neither competes. The headline is an imperative with no qualifier and no body copy, which is the whole Sachplakat logic applied to an abstract idea instead of a product.
Steal this when
Steal this when you are selling the medium or the category rather than a single product, and the case rests on confidence returning to a flattened market. The toy-as-metaphor device works whenever one familiar object already carries the behaviour you are claiming.
