Define
One image does the entire argument. Copy, if any, is a caption, not a second ad.
Mechanism
Pictorial claim. The picture is readable as a sentence. If we need a paragraph, we picked the wrong picture.
Verdict
The idea is visual and the surface is a poster, a feed, or a silent frame.
Why it works
The type does the arguing and the picture does the feeling. Liberty and the carrier are drawn as one continuous black silhouette so the abstract value and the war machine read as a single shape, which is the whole claim compressed into a contour. Splitting the message into a red top line (the stake) and a blue bottom line (the order) forces the eye through the image to get from principle to instruction. Tonal crayon work on a flat white field also survives cheap screenprinting and reads across a shop floor at distance.
Steal this when
Use this when you need a values statement and a behavior request in the same frame and you do not want the values line to sound like decoration. Split them top and bottom, put the proof image between them, and let the reader travel through the evidence to reach the ask.
