Why it works
Caspel builds the poster in three depth planes and lets the nearest one run off the edge, so the reader is standing in the scene rather than looking at a picture of it. Every figure is a flat colour silhouette with one black contour, which means the whole thing still reads as shapes from across a street. The staff are staged in a diagonal from front to back, in descending size and rank, so the eye is walked into the room without a single word of copy. The empty red floor across the bottom is not decoration, it is reserved space engineered for the lettering panel that finishes the sheet.

Use this when the product is a service and the experience of being received is the actual thing being bought - hotels, restaurants, clinics, private banking. It is also the right structure whenever the visual must survive being seen for a second at distance, because everything is carried by silhouette and flat colour rather than detail.
