The pattern

This still is filed under Event urgency drive.

Define

An external event (a shutdown, a deadline, a migration) becomes the reason to act this week.

Mechanism

Calendar shock. Unlike scarcity-close (our limit), this limit is in the world. We point at it. We do not invent it.

Verdict

The event is real and the reader's inaction has a dated cost.

Read the pattern

Why it works

The copy opens on reports from every quarter that fevers, flu and colds are about to spread, so the reason to buy is a threat already moving through the city, not a claim by the maker. A large drawn man in a tarboosh points straight at the reader beside the line this is Aspro time now. Four named, photographed users below show that people like the reader already rely on it.

The big idea

Fever season is already on its way, so now is the time for Aspro: the threat comes from outside, the tablet stands ready, and named local users vouch for it.

The offer

Aspro tablets in packs of 2, 10 and 27, from 5 millièmes, with prices held as they are until a new notice. A box says children can take it too, with doses by age.

The proof

Six named users with their jobs and towns, four of them photographed: a teacher, a clerk, a hospital worker, a pharmacy student and a railway clerk in Tanta, each describing fever, flu or headache relieved.

Lines from the ad

اصابات الحمى بالمرصاد فلا تمكنها من مهاجمتك

Fever is lying in wait: do not let it attack you

هذا هو وقت اسبرو الآن

This is Aspro time, now

هؤلاء قد وضعوا ثقتهم في اسبرو اقرأ كيف ساعدهم

These people put their trust in Aspro: read how it helped them

Steal this when

When a real seasonal or public event raises the risk your product answers, and you can point to it as the reason to act this week.

The emotion

Written to Dread. It makes the Say move.

'Fever is lying in wait' names the threat, a man in a tarboosh points at the reader with 'this is Aspro time, now', and six named users with jobs and towns back the step.
