Amazon.sa: a kitchen find that saved a shopper

The pattern
This commercial ad is filed under Testimonial lead.
Define
The first voice on the page is a customer's. Proof arrives before the company's claim.
Mechanism
Borrowed voice. The lead sentence is already someone else's verdict. The seller speaks second.
Verdict
The result is easier to believe from a peer
Why it works
أنقذتني بالمطبخ (it saved me in the kitchen) is written in the first person, the way a shopper describes a find to a friend, so the product arrives with a verdict attached rather than a feature list. The frame backs it with use, not a studio shot: a hand rinsing a blue kitchen gadget under a running tap at a real sink, below the recurring banner اكتشافات من امازون (discoveries from Amazon).
The big idea
A kitchen gadget introduced by a first-person verdict, it saved me in the kitchen, over a clip of it being rinsed at the sink, in Amazon's discoveries series.
The proof
A first-person verdict with no name attached, and the gadget shown in use under a running tap.

Steal this when
Use when a small household product solves a daily chore and a one-line first-person verdict can sit over a clip of it in use.
The emotion
Written to Relief. It does neither clearly.
The first-person line it saved me in the kitchen names relief, but no one stands behind it and the clip only shows the gadget being rinsed, not the chore it rescues.
