Amazon.sa: gift-card draw for tomorrow's match against Spain

The pattern
This commercial ad is filed under Scarcity close.
Define
A real limit (time, units, seats, eligibility) that makes delay cost something.
Mechanism
Loss of option. The close is the disappearing chance, not a louder adjective. Fake scarcity is a different and worse pattern.
Verdict
The limit is true
Why it works
The third use of the same couch scene in one week makes Amazon look like a fixture of match night rather than a one-off sponsor, and naming the actual opponent, Spain, ties the generic living-room mood to a fixture the reader already has on their calendar. The prize count stays fixed at five cards, so the repetition reads as consistency, not a bigger promise each time.
The big idea
Amazon sponsors the Saudi fan's match-night gathering, and the night before Spain it asks fans to show theirs for a chance at a gift card.
The offer
Share a photo of your gathering before the Saudi team's match against Spain with the match corner hashtag, for a draw of 5 Amazon gift cards worth 100 riyals each. Terms apply.
Lines from the ad

Steal this when
Use when you can run one lifestyle shoot across a short match series and let the opponent's name do the freshness work each time.
The emotion
Written to Belonging. It does neither clearly.
It joins the real match-night gathering, naming tomorrow's game against Spain and asking fans to show their own, but Amazon gets only a sponsor's label in the scene, not a job in it.
