The pattern
This film is filed under Demonstration ad.
Define
The product does the arguing. The viewer sees the thing work, not a slogan about the thing working.
Mechanism
Proof by performance. The claim is the action: a visible, testable result the reader can replay.
Verdict
We can show a result in seconds
Why it works
The two friends make a controlled test: same hospital, same day, one with Rahatkum and one without, so the half-time claim is watched rather than told. The pun on Saeed's name, 'سعيد كان سعيد', keeps it light, and the closing 'هل أنت منهم؟' turns the half-million figure into a question each member answers about themselves.
The big idea
Two friends, one hospital, one difference: the member who goes through Rahatkum walks out in half the time while the other is still waiting for approval.
The offer
Bupa members can use the Rahatkum desk in hospitals, where Bupa representatives handle reception paperwork and medicine approvals; the description says it can cut waiting by 50%.
The proof
The side-by-side story, Saeed done in half Khaled's time, plus the voiceover's figure of more than half a million users in the largest hospitals.
Lines from the ad

Steal this when
When a service saves time inside a process everyone has sat through, and two people can go through it side by side.
The emotion
Written to Frustration. It makes the Say move.
It shows exactly which part of the hospital wall moves, reception paperwork and medicine approvals handled by a Bupa representative, instead of only sympathising with the wait.
