The pattern
This still is filed under Mark as compressed claim.
Define
The mark itself is the sentence: a monogram, a seal, a device that already means the claim.
Mechanism
Compression. Years of use, or a very sharp first use, load the device so it can appear without copy.
Verdict
The mark is already loaded, or we will spend to load it
Why it works
The exclamation carries the whole stamp because it withholds what has been found. Jch habs. is a eureka line with no object, so the reader has to look at the figure and the footline to close it, and that small act of closing is what makes a thumbnail memorable. Enclosing the figure in a circle inside a square with ornamental corners builds a seal, which frames an ordinary illustration as a guarantee mark rather than a drawing. The scale claim is left to the bottom in the plainest lettering on the stamp, so the boast reads as a stated fact rather than the pitch.
Steal this when
Use this when a small format has to work as both a trademark and an ad. Give the mark a single unexplained line of speech, seal it inside a frame that signals guarantee, and park the factual superiority claim in plain type at the foot.
