The pattern
This still is filed under Headline · visual lockup.
Define
Headline and picture are one sentence. Remove either half and the claim disappears.
Mechanism
Lockup. The line names what the image will not. The image shows what the line cannot. They are not redundant.
Verdict
We have a picture that completes a short line: wit, contrast, or a second meaning.
Why it works
The headline is a negative claim used as a riddle: by naming the one thing that was lost it forces the reader to work out that everything else was kept, and the first line of body copy pays that off immediately with "Yes, all the rest is saved." Painting the food instead of shooting it lets the art exaggerate dew, colour and skin tenderness well past what 1948 food photography could deliver, which is the whole freshness argument made visible. The can is deliberately small and cornered so appetite leads and the pack only does the identification job on the way out.
Steal this when
When your genuine advantage is speed or handling in the process rather than the product itself, and you want the benefit felt as an image before the mechanism is explained. Also when the category is commoditised and the only route to preference is a proprietary-sounding process.
