Why it works
The empty cream panel is the real design decision. One printed shell serves every branch and date because the variable copy is overprinted locally, which is a templating system disguised as a composition rather than a hole in the layout. The arced title does two jobs: it creates the enclosure the blank panel needs, and the weight drop from orange to green ranks the two halves of the name so the eye reads WORKERS first. Factory and house sit on opposite sides of the sheet, which names the program's constituency without a line of copy.
Steal this when
Steal this when one campaign has to run across many locations or dates on a single print run. Design the constant as an enclosing shape and reserve a clean, generously sized panel for the variable, instead of leaving an accidental gap.
