Why it works
The image is a symbol rather than a scene, so it does the job of a logo: the ox identifies Saint Luke and the winged figures read as art and craft without a word of explanation. All of the fact-carrying text is quarantined in one blue band at the foot, hierarchied by size so society, number, event and venue land in that order and the dates sit last where a reader checks them. Flat colour separations and heavy outlines are what let a hand-drawn ornament this dense survive at poster scale and at distance.
Steal this when
Use this split when an event has a long institutional name and several dates that all have to appear. Give the top two thirds to one emblem that says who you are, and stack every fact in a single contrasting band at the bottom in strict size order.
