The pattern
This still is filed under Demonstration ad.
Define
The product does the arguing. The viewer sees the thing work, not a slogan about the thing working.
Mechanism
Proof by performance. The claim is the action: a visible, testable result the reader can replay.

Why it works
No tin, no label, no appetite shot - the product never appears. The whole argument is transferred to the man's face and hands, so the buyer is told where the food comes from rather than what it looks like. The sandwich layout does the selling order: name on top, evidence in the middle, product list at the bottom, which lets the same plate serve as both a brand poster and a range announcement. Cropping him tight and turning him away from the viewer keeps him a worker rather than a model, which is what makes the provenance claim read as fact.
Steal this when
Reach for this when the thing you sell is a commodity in a can and the only real differentiator is sourcing or craft. Show the person at the source, not the packaging, and let the product range sit as a plain list under the picture.
