Why it works
Same mechanism as the Amsterdam sheet - a bandwagon headline and a cropped crowd that proves it by range rather than by number. What is worth studying here is the production decision: only the lower banner is relettered, so one expensive illustration stone serves every branch and the local address is the only variable. The banner is deliberately kept as a flat separate rectangle precisely so it can be re-set without touching the drawing.
Steal this when
Copy this when one creative idea has to run across many locations or franchises on a small budget. Lock the illustration, build a plain lockup band for the address, and change only the band per market.
