What does a customer cost you, and what is one worth?
In four weeks we calculate your customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and payback period from your own sales and finance records. Then we put each number next to your sector's standard and hand you a ranked list of opportunities, each with a riyal value on it.
Founding rate: 10,000 SAR for the first 3 companies, or until Thursday 22 October, whichever comes first. 30,000 SAR after that.
30,000 SAR, refunded in full under the guarantee.
Five questions most marketing budgets can't answer.
Answer them from memory. Then ask finance for the same five. If the two sets of answers don't match, the gap costs you money every month.
What does it cost you to win one new customer, on each channel?
How much gross profit does that customer bring you over the whole relationship?
How many months until a new customer pays back what it cost to win them?
Where do most of your leads drop out, and what does each stage convert at?
Are those numbers good for your sector, or just familiar?
If you answered all five with numbers you would defend in front of your board, you don't need this diagnostic.
The numbers exist. They sit in three places.
The ad platform knows what you spent and how many clicks it bought. The CRM knows who became a lead. Finance knows who paid, and how much.
Nobody's job is to join the three. So the agency reports clicks, sales reports deals, finance reports revenue, and the budget meeting ends on opinion.
The diagnostic joins them. One set of numbers, reconciled with finance, that everyone in the room can agree on.
Four weeks, one question each.
Week 1Where does the data live?
A 90-minute kickoff with your leadership. We get read-only access to your ad accounts, your CRM, and 12 months of sales and finance records, then map how a customer actually reaches you, stage by stage.
Week 2What are the numbers?
Customer acquisition cost per channel and blended, lifetime value on gross margin, payback in months, and the conversion rate at every stage. Reconciled with finance, not copied from ad dashboards.
Week 3Are they good?
Every number next to the standard for your sector. Saudi and GCC data where a credible source exists, global data where it doesn't, and every source named and dated.
Week 4What is it worth to fix?
A ranked list of opportunities, each with a riyal value, the effort it takes, and who should be responsible for it. Presented to your leadership in a two-hour readout.
Five things stay with you after we leave.
The numbers model. A spreadsheet built on your own data, which your team updates every month.
The benchmark report. Your numbers against your sector, with the sources.
The opportunity map. Every opportunity we found, ranked by riyal value and effort.
The 90-day plan. The first three moves, who is responsible for each, and the number that proves it worked.
The readout. Two hours with your leadership, recorded, plus a written summary you can take to your board.
Who it's for, and who it isn't.
Redha Alayesh runs every diagnostic himself.
Redha has worked with 40+ marketing departments across the GCC and internationally, from Alyaseen Agri and Ithra to IBM and the Saudi Esports Federation.
Before that, he built three companies and closed them. Product was never the biggest reason. Growth was. There was a growth number, and nobody's name next to it.
You can't make someone responsible for a number nobody has measured. That is where the diagnostic starts.

Total value115,000 SAR
After the third company or Thursday 22 October, whichever comes first, the price is 30,000 SAR. The lower rate exists because the first three diagnostics also sharpen the method. In return we ask for honest feedback at the end and, if you're happy with the result, permission to share it without your company's name.
- Paid in full before kickoff
- Four weeks from kickoff to readout
- NDA signed before any data changes hands
Find at least the fee, or get it back.
If the readout doesn't show you opportunities worth at least what you paid, we refund the full fee. You judge that at the readout, not us.
The one condition: we get the data access we ask for in week one. Without it, there is nothing to measure.
What people ask before they apply.
Our data is a mess. Is there any point?
Most companies' data is. Week one exists partly for that. Where a number can't be calculated honestly, we say so, estimate a range from what does exist, and show you exactly what to start tracking.
How much of our time does it take?
About five hours of leadership time across the four weeks: the 90-minute kickoff, two 45-minute check-ins, and the two-hour readout. Plus one person on your team who can export data when we ask for it.
Is our data safe with you?
We sign an NDA, yours or ours, before any data changes hands. Access is read-only.
How is this different from an agency audit?
An agency audit reviews the channels that agency sells. We don't sell media, so there is nothing to steer you toward. And we start from your sales and finance records, not from ad dashboards.
Remote or in person?
Remote by default. The kickoff and the readout can be in person in Riyadh.
What happens after the four weeks?
You keep everything: the model, the report, the opportunity map and the plan. If you want help acting on it, we can talk about that then. Nothing in the diagnostic depends on it.
Which sectors do you work with?
Any company that spends money to win customers, B2B or B2C. Our work so far covers agriculture, real estate, luxury gifting, sports and technology.
What happens after I apply?
Redha replies on WhatsApp within one business day to book a 30-minute call. On the call we check two things: that your data can answer the questions, and that the diagnostic is worth it for you. If both hold, you get the scope and the invoice. No payment before that.
